Nicole is the founder of Strong Mama Wellness Co. A strong mama herself, Nicole helps keep women physically healthy wherever they are at in their motherhood journey.

Nicole has a degree in exercise science and has an extensive 10 years of experience in the fitness industry. She is a certified Health Coach, Exercise Physiologist, and Pre/postnatal Fitness coach. Most importantly, she is a mom! Who better to understand the physical needs of our bodies when we are pregnant and in our postpartum period.

Strong Mama Wellness Co. is designed to help moms feel strong and confident in their bodies are they prepare for, or have experienced, pregnancy. Nicole offers 1:1 health and fitness coaching for pregnancy and postpartum moms. Through this program, Nicole customizes a fitness plan for you and is there to support you every step of the way. You can access payment options and book your free consult on her site for the 1:1 program.

In addition, the empowered pregnancy program is an app based workout guide that keeps you active during pregnancy. With minimal equipment needed, this workout plan has three timeframe options based on where you are at in your pregnancy. And for the postpartum mamas, Strong Mama Wellness Co. offers a 6 week core revival program to help gain that middle body strength back.

I struggled with staying active during both pregnancies. Not by choice, I was very sick and it was more about survival for me. But boy did I pay for the lack of movement. I yearned to be able to get moving again. And if I have another baby, my goal is to stay active this time!
